I’m writing to you to inform you that I am submitting a 1099 to the IRS for $43,238.00 for the tax year 2019. You charged me over $80,000.00 didn’t finish the case and actually exacerbated the situation. I then requested to go to fee arbitration, and you made up more excuses and false truths regarding the case and our contract, stating that you served me the paperwork, which did not happen. You then gave false testimony and had your (unlicensed) Private Investigator also give false testimony on your own Declaration, under penalty of perjury regarding the matter and set the case back by months as well as causing me great financial and emotion stress and discomfort. I inquired around town and searched online reviews after I retained you as my attorney and found that sadly you didn’t have a very good reputation in San Diego, not surprising. Unfortunately, I accepted the word of another attorney and accepted his referral to use you and it’s been nothing but stress, heartache, and financial loss since.
During our court hearing you brought up things I said to you that were supposedly protected under “lawyer and client confidentiality”. Apparently that legal and moral contract is not sacred to you. Additionally, in court when I was on the stand you tried to have me agree to not park my vehicle in front of your house. You said you don’t care if I park in front of your office. You just didn’t want me to park in front of your house. I wouldn’t agree to it because it’s a public street and it’s my first amendment right to notify the public about the lack of integrity and morals regarding the type character you have not only as a lawyer but as person, even the judge agreed with this in this matter and sided with me.
You tried your best to way the court and judge with emotion outbursts and performances, Your tears and emotions in court were and attempt to show that you have never experienced nightmares until this case.
You stated that in your nightmares I broke into your house and I killed your family and you woke up screaming and crying. Your wife came running into your bedroom to comfort you. You also stated that you were experiencing PTSD and your wife was terrified of me, a man she never met. But in actuality we met in your office, additionally if she was so scared why didn’t she say this when she testify in court.
Thank God the judge could see through this. In all actuality let’s talk about the PTSD I have experienced from nightmare contract and relationship I’ve had with you over the last 6 yrs, further worsening the PTSD from my decorated 20yr service and combat missions as a Navy SEAL. I thought I had seen it all, that is until, I suffered your extreme morally, ethically, professionally corrupt behavior. You have caused me great financial and emotional distress, and have caused me to not trust or even believe in not only attorneys but the legal system as a whole, I see you when I close my eyes and sadly I have to admit all I see and feel is anxiety and pain.

Once the █████████ is done with you, no matter what the outcome is, I will be posting everything on the website (AttorneyPrantil.com) that I created for the public to see the true you. I have all of the inappropriate and personal text messages you sent to Melissa L. Your legacy will be seen for generations to come. I will be updating it on a regular basis. If anything on the website is not true. Please send me proof i.e. phone records that you never sent the text messages. I will take it down immediately. Since you have been so dishonest on numerous occasions on so many levels including but not limited to your Declaration, under penalty of perjury i.e. (Declaration-4 and Supporter-2) on the website. I just don’t believe anything you say. So I need proof.
