As you can see by the email thread, I emailed attorney Richard G. Prantil on June 30, 2017 and again on July, 19, 2017 regarding time sensitive issues.
During court Prantil produce the piece of paper below claiming he emailed me on June 30, 2017 with NO EMAILTHREAD or other Proof of said email. Because you state
“By E-Mail Only” on your document doesn’t mean it’s actually an email.
Can you believe the LIES.
I also went back to verify that he never send it to me. I’m requesting Richard G. Prantil to produce a dated email thread for this and I will take it down immediately. Additionally I would gladly apologies to him.
