Attorney Lisa Damiani wrote this Declaration to try to obtain a Restraining Order against me. All because I parked my vehicle on a public street which was in front of their law office at 1059 10th Ave, San Diego, CA 92101. I was just warning the public on the kind of attorney and person Mr. Prantil is. I learned about the First Amendment Right back in grade school. So I know I have the right to do this. Any Law student should have known this as well.
Lisa Damiani mentioned the photo shows a graphic image of a naked woman as well as derogatory comments. Everything on the banner is true. You can look for yourself on the photo page. I intentionally blurred out the photo Mr. Prantil sent to me for that reason.
As you can see on the Declaration Ms. Damiani referred to Mr. Prantil as “my Mr. Prantil” I have no idea why she would reference him in this way. Maybe that’s why she tried to attack me instead of reprimanding Mr. Prantil. Would you support someone like Mr. Prantil ?
Ms. Damiani mentions I have many guns which is true. I am a retired Navy SEAL. As you can see from the Text message’s from Mr. Prantil. He has a gun hanging in his office. He also told me not to bring the guns that I cleaned for him because Lisa is there. He’s referring to Lisa Damiani.
What else is he keeping from her ?
