Tom Flynn claims to be a P.I. on Richard G. Prantil’s Declaration.
Both of them are LIARS.
When confronted Prantil & Flynn made up a new Declaration. When Department of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (DCA) Requested a copy. Mr. Flynn sent them only the 2nd one. DCA request a copy from the CA Superior Court and got both declaration.
