I\u2019m sending you this email to prove that you\nreceived the following statement from me. You have not been truthful in the\npast. So I have to follow up with an email. I also sent them by the U.S. Mail\non January 23, 2020. I sent one to your office at 1059 10th Ave. San Diego Ca.\n92101. I also sent one to your home address at 2736 Felton street San Diego Ca.\n92104 that you provided to the court ( http:\/\/attorneyprantil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/TRO-1x-2.pdf ) pg5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 I\u2019m writing to you to inform\nyou that I am submitting a 1099 to the IRS for $43,238.00 for the tax year\n2019. You charged me over $80,000.00 didn\u2019t finish the case and actually\nexacerbated the situation. I then requested to go to fee arbitration, and you\nmade up more excuses and false truths regarding the case and our contract,\nstating that you served me the paperwork, which did not happen. You then gave\nfalse testimony and had your (unlicensed) Private Investigator also give false\ntestimony on your own Declaration, under penalty of perjury regarding\nthe matter and set the case back by months as well as causing me great\nfinancial and emotion stress and discomfort. I inquired around town and\nsearched online reviews after I retained you as my attorney and found that\nsadly you didn\u2019t have a very good reputation in San Diego, not surprising.\nUnfortunately, I accepted the word of another attorney and accepted his\nreferral to use you and it\u2019s been nothing but stress, heartache, and financial\nloss since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 During our court hearing you\nbrought up things I said to you that were supposedly protected under \u201clawyer\nand client confidentiality\u201d. Apparently that legal and moral contract is not\nsacred to you. Additionally, in court when I was on the stand you tried to have\nme agree to not park my vehicle in front of your house. You said you don\u2019t care\nif I park in front of your office. You just didn’t want me to park in front of\nyour house. I wouldn\u2019t agree to it because it\u2019s a public street and it\u2019s my\nfirst amendment right to notify the public about the lack of integrity and\nmorals regarding the type character you have not only as a lawyer but as\nperson, even the judge agreed with this in this matter and sided with me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 You tried your best to way the\ncourt and judge with emotion outbursts and performances, Your tears and\nemotions in court were and attempt to show that you have never experienced\nnightmares until this case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You stated that in your nightmares I\nbroke into your house and I killed your family and you woke up screaming and\ncrying. Your wife came running into your bedroom to comfort you. You also\nstated that you were experiencing PTSD and your wife was terrified of me, a man\nshe never met. But in actuality we met in your office, additionally if she was\nso scared why didn\u2019t she say this when she testify in court.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Thank God the judge could see\nthrough this. In all actuality let\u2019s talk about the PTSD I have experienced\nfrom nightmare contract and relationship I\u2019ve had with you over the last 6 yrs,\nfurther worsening the PTSD from my decorated 20yr service and combat missions\nas a Navy SEAL. I thought I had seen it all, that is until, I suffered your\nextreme morally, ethically, professionally corrupt behavior. You have caused me\ngreat financial and emotional distress, and have caused me to not trust or even\nbelieve in not only attorneys but the legal system as a whole, I see you when I\nclose my eyes and sadly I have to admit all I see and feel is anxiety and pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have all of the inappropriate and personal text messages you sent to Melissa L. Your legacy will be seen for generations to come. I will be updating it on a regular basis. If anything on the website is not true. Please send me proof i.e. phone records that you never sent the text messages. I will take it down immediately. Since you have been so dishonest on numerous occasions on so many levels including but not limited to your Declaration, under penalty of perjury i.e. (Declaration-4 and Supporter-2) on the website.
